Job interviwe tips.

After all the study  its time for you to work. But before that we have to walk thru some steps.
Job interviwe ,  how to behive, what to say , how to speak , how to control our emotions and so many other stuff that we should  know. 

Well I will say just the basic tips.

First of all , we have to be clear with our self  WHAT and WHY we want that job and are we GOOD at that...!!!!!
After we are sure with our self. we have to get  information about the company try to know a lot about the beckground of the company that shows that you really  interested in that job.
Be on time , that's very importent  shows respect and also shows that you are rensponsable person.
Be serioz and clear in your answering. 

Dont mess things dont speak for something that you will be sorry later.
The only things you should say are.......what are your skills, why you are the best , what can you do for this company, are you good in team working . All you have to talk is about the job.
Dress well and dont exaggeration . Be modest and kind , be honest and show your boss that he will be lucky if he was your boss. Good luck!!!

Marketing and advertisment

These are two different terms, even way a lot of people thinks that they has the same meaning.

Advertising:  is just a part of the many facets of a successful marketing campaign.
First of all, advertising is a paid, persuasive message. Advertising is providing information, calling attention to, and making known something that you want to sell or promote.
Ad. is one part of marketing, that’s a message to promote or sell a product, a service or a idea.

Newspapers, magazines, event programs and other types of print ads
o Billboards, signage and other types of outdoor media
o Internet ads
o TV, radio and other types of broadcast ads
Marketing:  is “bridge” between the costumers and the seller, marketing makes possible this “appointment” between them.
 Marketing is a process of performing market research, selling products and service to costumers and promoting them via advertisement.
Marketing activities are to find out, for example, what groups of potential customers exist, what their needs are, which of those needs you can meet, how you should meet them, ets. That’s a strategy of making money

Communication is the language of life

   Every living being in one or another way communicates. People speak, write, sing, draw, and use gestures
to exchange
information,

thoughts, ideas. To start a communications there must participate two or more people.

The basic divisions of communication are: Verbal and nonverbal communication.
Verbal is speaking loudly. We speak which means we say words to send a message.
Nonverbal communication is when we send messages to others
 by using gestures, eye connection, body language etc.

On the other hand, communication may be also divided into: intrapersonal and interpersonal. 
The interpersonal communication occurs between two or more people. While the sender and
the receiver of the
message participate

in order to establish a communication it is very important to come out with a feedback.

Intrapersonal communication means when the sender and the receiver of a
message is the same person.

This happens when
sometimes we speak to ourselves. This can also be called as “mind conversation”.

My first post

I couldn't believe that I would change my mind about blogger.com so fast.While I was creating my account I facet a lot of difficulties . First , I had no ideas how to start using the blogger.com. Then, after I managed  to open my account I had another problem because the others couldn't post anything to me , and that freaked me out. All these trobles made me to hate this web page .
But, guees what ? After a while, I started to get familiar whith blogger and now it's totally different situation. I like it.
Blogger helps me to improve my English writing , gives me the opportunity to  exchange ideas whith my

colleagues about different topics, and It is funny too.

Well...at the end I would like to say that this is going to be a new chalange for me and my colleagues.
